Royal Hall is one of the leading and well known entertainment venues in Harrogate following a period of restoration. It was originally called the Kursaal, the name was changed to The Royal Hall during 1st World War in order to reflect a patriotic position. In day to day life the hall is used for celebrating some special occasions and grand receptions. Robert Beale and Frank Matcham designed the building who was based in Belgium. In the year 1950, the Royal Hall helped in the growth of the Harrogate city in being an exhibition and a conference town. In the current date, this UK attraction is acknowledged as one of the top event destinations. It has become a multi-purpose space for visitors and this historic building even has an architectural importance. Any banqueting or conference event can be well arranged with a seating capacity of 1026 in a two tier auditorium. All the requirements and needs are fulfilled of a modern day event organizer. It has become a place for carrying out breathtaking performances from music to comedy.
