The Bath Assembly Rooms have been designed since 18th century by John Wood the Younger. These set of elegant rooms have been the heart of the social life within the city close to various bed and breakfast accommodation. After the completion of these rooms they were defined as ‘the most notable and elegant of any in the kingdom’. It is located in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath. These Assembly Rooms are now available for public to have a look and has become a major source of attraction within the city. These were generally used for ball and for celebrating other public functions. The awarding of degrees by the Bath University has recently started to take place. As far as the space is concerned, the room can accommodate up to 500 people. Moreover, the beauty of these rooms is quiet amazing as these are lavishly decorated with sparkling crystal chandeliers. Today these are served as premier conference venues and are free and open to all visitors unless they are booked for some function.
